Air Liquide Far Eastern, a joint venture established by the Air Liquide Group and Taiwan Far Eastern Group, currently employs 700+ people in Taiwan with more than 40 production facilities and service locations islandwide and in major science parks in Taiwan.

Inheriting innovative products, technologies and services from the parent companies, Air Liquide Far Eastern has gradually expanded the variety of gas supply and services for the Taiwanese electronics industry, general industry, medical industry, as well as home healthcare.

Industrial Gases

We supply gases to an assortment of industries including agriculture, chemicals, food and beverage, petrochemicals and refineries, etc. We supply industrial and specialty gases in an array of volumes and purities, along with related technologies and services; and a range of gas supply modes, including cylinder and bulk delivery, pipeline distribution, and on-site production.
We operate the largest network of high purity gas production plants with interconnecting pipelines and gas centers dedicated to serving the different industries islandwide.

Our Production Facilities

Industrial gas production and distribution has remained at the core of Air Liquide’s business since its founding in 1902. In Taiwan, our robust production and distribution networks are engineered to serve the needs of our diverse customer base. Here are some of the production facilities Air Liquide owns and operates in Taiwan:

Air Separation Units

Air Separation Units (ASU) refine air in a separation process with low distillation temperature allowing the bulk production of oxygen, nitrogen and argon.
APSA (Compact nitrogen on-site units)

Air Liquide’s APSA offers a low cost, reliable, flexible and efficient means to deliver consistent high quality gaseous nitrogen with cryogenic purity.
TCN/HPN (High purity nitrogen plants)

Large high purity nitrogen units are suitable for flow ranges beyond 4,000 Nm³/hr, with the capacity of purity up to 99.99999% (less than 1 part of impurity per billion).
Electrolyzer Plants

Electrolyzers represent an exciting technology that can drive the flexible and clean delivery of energy – a key component of progress towards a lower carbon world. Air Liquide brings unique experience to the market in the design, construction and operation of water electrolyzers, as well as access to different core technologies and world-class project execution capabilities.
Electronics Material Center Taiwan

Since its inauguration in 2008, the Electronics Materials Center Taiwan (EMCT) has been increasing into one of the largest silane transfill facilities in the world. Its scope now includes transfilling, purifying, blending, and analyzing value-added products as well as warehousing for Advanced Materials and Specialty Materials.
